1. Where does Zelvoria Cookware ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


2. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All orders within the United States qualify for FREE SHIPPING, with no minimum purchase required.


3. How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.


4. How long does delivery take?

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–6 business days.
The estimated total delivery time is 8–10 business days.


5. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.


6. What is your return policy?

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused and returned in original packaging

7. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider.


8. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.


9. Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled and must follow the return process.
