  • We proudly offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the United States.

  • There are no additional shipping, handling, or processing fees.

  • Processing time includes:

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS

  • Zelvoria Cookware works with trusted domestic shipping carriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  • The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Carrier selection is determined by us and cannot be chosen by customers.


6. ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

  • After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking information.


7. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

  • Zelvoria Cookware is not responsible for:

    • Delivery delays

    • Lost packages

    • Returned shipments
      caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to address errors, additional processing time may be required before reshipment or refund consideration.


8. SHIPPING DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • High-volume shipping periods

Zelvoria Cookware is not liable for delays caused by such external factors.


9. DAMAGED ITEMS

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Customers must provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the damaged item

    • Photos of the original packaging

  • Once reviewed, we will assist with a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


10. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

  • If tracking shows your order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us promptly.

  • We will assist in filing a claim or investigation with the shipping carrier.

  • Zelvoria Cookware is not responsible for packages lost due to theft after delivery confirmation.


11. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

  • Address changes or order modifications must be requested immediately after placing the order.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
